Shipping Destinations

We offer shipping to the following destinations:

• Domestic Shipping: All states and territories within Australia.
• International Shipping: Selected countries. Please refer to our website for the current list of countries we ship to.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping costs vary based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the items in your order.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and the chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Domestic Shipping (Australia):

• Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Once your order has been processed, please allow 5-15 business days for shipping and delivery.

International Shipping:

• Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days
• Express International Shipping: 3-10 business days

Order Tracking

To ensure timely delivery, please provide accurate and complete shipping addresses. Timeless Running Club is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Timeless Running Club is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
